Lynn Marie Krueger, 62, passed from this life on Monday, November 5,
2012, at Taylor Hospice House in Des Moines, following a courageous
battle with lung cancer. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11
a.m. on Thursday, November 8, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Des
Moines. Cremation rites will be accorded following services on Thursday.
A private family committal service will take place at a later date.

Lynn was born on May 30, 1950 in Minneapolis, MN, to Donald Joseph and
Mary Ellen (Bachman) Krueger. She was formerly employed as a manager
with Krueger's BP Convenience Stores until her illness. Prior to that,
Lynn was also employed with Schneider Trucking for several years. Lynn
loved animals, the ocean, and spending time with her family.

She is survived and lovingly remembered by her daughter, Tara (Roger)
Mattiussi of Des Moines; son, Marty Schulenberg of Council Bluffs, IA;
two stepsons, Chris Bordenaro and Todd (Deb) Bordenaro; four siblings,
Judy (Ron) Wilson, Jim (Linda) Krueger, Don (Cathy) Krueger and Mary
(John) Sheets all of Des Moines; 12 nieces and nephews; and many
great-nieces and great-nephews. Lynn was preceded into eternal life by
her parents.

The family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 7,
at Iles Funeral Homes, Westover Chapel in Des Moines, where a scripture
service will begin at 7 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to either: The Lynn M. Krueger
Memorial Fund or to Iowa Health Hospice.
